December News from Wallingford Grange No. 33 - Connecticut State Grange On Oct. 12 Vern reported that this year's apple harvest has been as good as it could be. Almost perfect conditions! There has been still great corn available at Billy Beaumont's Farm. (BTW there was still good corn up to last week). Vern said he has tilled everything under except for Swiss chard and turnip.
