| Special Weather Statement Issued For Southern Connecticut The National Weather Service has issued a Special Weather Statement and a Hazardous Weather Outlook for all of southern Connecticut tonight. The weather service says, "With temperatures dropping below freezing, any remaining standing water will freeze, forming black ice on untreated surfaces.

| Ice jams cause flooding, road closures across NH New Boston officials closed Route 13 for a time after a section was flooded between Lull and Packard Road. That has since been reopened. The Cornish-Windsor covered bridge and route 12A are closed for flooding. Officials had to rescue a woman from the Connecticut River there earlier in the day.
