Most of southwest Connecticut is getting rain and the northern half of the state has snow. Despite earlier forecasts of 1 to 3 inches of snow along the shoreline, that's likely not going to happen. Now, the National Weather Service says - at most - only a half an inch of snow could fall along the shoreline.
