NORWALK — Police are actively investigating a double-fatal car crash on Connecticut Avenue, where two vehicles collided head-on Monday night, killing two people and leaving another seriously injured. Killed in the crash were Frank Peterson III, 50, and Anthony Johnson, 40, both of Stamford.
