| PD: South Windsor man arrested for choking woman, hurting infant An infant had also sustained a minor injury during the dispute. The victim and child were taken to the Connecticut Children's Medical Center for an evaluation. Police then arrested 44-year-old Suhash Ghosh and charged him with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, assault and strangulation.
