A Connecticut man and his friend are facing numerous charges, including animal cruelty, for allegedly stealing and brutally killing 20 chickens on Christmas Day. Police said Gregory Ulrich, 28, snatched chickens from two different homes in Milford and tore their heads off with his bare hands.
